Shipping and returns

Shipping

Everything is printed when you order it, by our print partner Printful. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard shipping takes about 3 to 4 business days. We ship to the United States and Canada. The shipping price is Printful's own rate, shown at checkout before you pay. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, emailhello@onefrequencyunited.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. You don't need to send it back.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size before you order, and email us if you're not sure.
